Ashley Baldwin

Board Member

Ashley is an outdoor enthusiast passionate about getting Maine kids more connected to nature. She spends her free time in the summer boating, gardening, and hiking with her partner and three dogs. In the winter, you’ll catch her snowshoeing and skiing, and yes, even attempting to swim in the chilly January ocean. She has much gratitude for the resilience and peace she’s found in the outdoors, and is so thankful for Hearty Roots for bringing these opportunities to Maine’s kiddos. 

Ashley graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Neuroscience  degree. Her career journey has led her mission driven tech startups and non-profits. Currently, she’s with Resilia, an organization that helps smaller non-profits grow and shine, and has previously enabled everything from small business owners to voters with technological solutions and products. Outside of work, she has worked with youth as a tutor, robotics instructor, and foster parent.
