2025 Plunge
Challenge yourself to plunge outside of your comfort zone to greet 2025 with laughter, celebration, and some shivers. In true Hearty Roots fashion, we’ve got you covered. We celebrate grit and resilience. We celebrate you. Plungers will enjoy hot drinks and tasty treats, and all the heat we can bring to the beach. Harness your inner-wild, and plunge, hang, or cheer on your mates at our favorite saltwater spot in the Midcoast.
Why? Because it feels good to do good! Proceeds from our second annual Plunge-for-a-Purpose will directly support the Hearty Roots scholarship fund for area youth. We work year-round to get local kids 'off the grid and into their hearts' by adventuring into Maine’s wild, mentoring children to become stewards of their mental health and lifelong stewards of our land. You honor our work with your support. Thank you for showing up for kids.
